While the industrial structure of the world is making a rapid change along with rapid technical innovation, IKUTA has been actively tackling the development of technology centering on face milling in response to the diversified requests of manufacturers.
As a result of the accumulation of technology over many years in the copper mill production line, IKUTA has sufficient technical development capabilities in process lines besides face milling line as well, thus responding to the development requirements of each individual customer.
IKUTA has participated in a large number of national projects in the world.
Moreover, IKUTA established an industrial system that serves as the top stream of production in a large number of countries, ranging from developing nations to advanced nations.
For example, IKUTA started up a copper mill plant in Iran, which is the only one copper mill plant of the Iranian government.
You can rely on IKUTA's technical creation team as your reliable partner for business solution.

The development of a leveler that feeds T-shaped coppers at constant speed is one of IKUTA's development themes.
IKUTA took a year to develop this unique dual strip leveler at the request of a manufacturer of semiconductor auto parts.
The dual strip manufactured does not have a uniform thickness, but has a thickness range from 1.2 to 2.0 mm. Its cross profile is in the shape of T.
The most vital problem was how to deal with the difference in dual speed caused by the difference in the cross sectional height.

The development of the KYOWIND, a compact high-performance wind generator system, started under industry-academic-government cooperation in Kyoto for the purpose of contributing to countermeasures against global warming and promoting the environmental industry.
Under the watchwords of "Starting a new wind from Kyoto," this project started in 2005.
IKUTA participated in the development of a vertical-axis windmill and played a core role. Vertical-axis windmills will become a mainstream in compact windmills in the future.
