| The wear resistance of the super-hard milling cutter is excellent, whose life is about 3 times longer than those high speed steel cutters. As a result, the working efficiency of the machine could be better improved, with the maintenance cost for the replacement of the milling cutter substantially reduced, consequently the whole work shop could become more rational as well as efficient in a much wider range. For one of our automobile manufacture clients are not satisfied with the precision of its products, so we have introduced IKUTA super-hard cutter technique on our milling line.
The precision and stability of the product has been improved significantly, hence we obtained opportunity of further cooperation with that customer.
