Compared with the original high speed steel cutter, it has better cutting precision, with the cutting quality finer, more brilliant  and smoother.

It applies to those electronic products which require high precision; it can reduce the working cost of the follow-up equipment, increase the yield and bring much significance to the whole production line.

Most of those domestic Japanese milling cutting mechanical devices have adopted the super-hard milling cutter technique of our company. However, in the Europe and the United States, high speed steel cutters are still the mainstream.

However, as those automotive and high-tech factories ventured by Japanese located in Europe and the United States increase, domestic cutting factories are demanded higher requirements in quality. The high speed steel cutters no longer satisfy the customers’ needs.

As a result, more copper processing enterprises have introduced the super-hard milling cutter technique.

In Europe and the United States, the time when super-hard milling cutter are widely used is not far away, as a result, the market share could be altered.

We may all ask: “the alloy milling cutter could be better in precision cutting as well as service life, but because it is made of alloy, will it break easily?”

Indeed, when the super-hard alloy first appeared in the market, such defect did exist for it was in pursuit of hardness only once.

But nowadays, through the continousely development of those super-hard alloy material manufacturers, and since the anti-collide and PVD powder technique have been adopted, the anti-break standard has now achieved to the same level as that of steel.

Although there’re many different situations in method and raw material for cutting, in those normal production lines of enterprises for copper processing, this product has a enough strong bindability, which makes it competent in satisfying clients’ needs.
